The Department of Computer Science was commenced in the year 2021. The department is well equipped with all the basic and latest resources. The department comprises of well qualified and dedicated facility team. Computer Science is the study of computers and computational system. This department deal mostly with software and software systems; this includes their theory, design, development, and application. The desire of the department is to enrich computer education for rural back ground students, by enhancing knowledge and building confidence for facing global competition. The students are to be providing, learning with innovations, problem solving skills, leadership qualities, team-spirit and ethical responsibilities.

The department of commerce was established in the year 2021. The aim of the department is to produce commerce graduates with high professional calibre and with sound morals and ethics. The department is adequately staffed with highly qualified and talented faculty, who have been instrumental in shaping students’ knowledge, wisdom and behaviour in the commerce education arena. Apart from this, students are encouraged to undergo value-added courses, participate in various intra and inter- college academic events and are exposed to professional and academic interactions to gain meaningful theoretical and practical knowledge. To gain foothold in tech-savvy world, students are taught and experiment IT related courses.

The Department of Computer Applications has an excellent educational atmosphere and infrastructure for the bachelor’s program with a booming opportunities in computer applications. The department is established in the year 2021 with the objective to enhance logical computing and programming skills among the students. These skills were seeded on the students through theoretical and practical approaches. The department currently offers Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.,) course with the duration of three year. The significance of this course is to explore the student’s talents through knowledge sharing and team work. The department’s vision is to provide quality education to the student’s profession and develop them with skills, attitudes, along with leadership caliber.

The department of business administration was established in the year 2021 The aim of the department is to produce graduates with high business and professional acumen. To reach this aim, the department has been functioning with highly qualified and dedicated faculty, who strive hard to make students successful in their entrepreneurship, business and profession. Besides, the department motivate students to take part in various intra and inter-college academics events, which will help them understand facets of business and industry. To stand-up and win in the era of cut throat business competition, students are exposed to various value-added and IT related courses. This will enhance the students knowledge and wisdom, get accustomed to the nitty-gritty of the business and to become highly paid business professionals in future.

சைவ சித்தாந்தம் என்னும் தத்துவப் பிரிவு சிவனை முழுமுதற் கடவுளாகக் கொண்டு வழிபடுகின்ற சமய நெறியாகும். சைவ சமயத்திற்கு அடிப்படையாக விளங்குவது சித்தாந்தம் என்னும் கொள்கையாகும். சித்தாந்தம் என்பது சிந்தித்துக் கண்டறிந்த முடிவான உண்மை எனப் பொருள்படும். உலகத் தத்துவ அரங்கில் தனிப் புகழ் பெற்ற தத்துவம் சைவ சித்தாந்தம் ஆகும். எட்டாம் நூற்றாண்டு முதலாகவே நம் நாட்டின் சமயக் கொள்கைகளில் குழப்பங்கள் நிறைந்திருந்தன. அக்குழப்பங்களை நீக்கி மக்கள் தெளியும் பொருட்டு நற்சிந்தனை கொண்ட அருளாளர்களால் அருளிச் செய்த செந்தமிழ் நூல்கள் பதினான்கு ஆகும். சைவ சிந்தாந்தம் பற்றிய ஒரு புரிதலை மேற்கண்ட நூல்கள் எடுத்துரைக்கும் நோக்கில் எழுதப்பட்டது.

சைவ சித்தாந்தம் அடிப்படையில் இறைவன் (பதி), உயிர் (பசு), தளை (பாசம்) என்ற முப்பொருள் உண்மையின் அடிப்படையில் எழுந்தது. உலகில் உள்ள எல்லாச் சமயங்களும் உயிர்களை இறைவன் படைத்தான் எனக் கூறும், ஆனால் சைவ சித்தாந்தம் மட்டும் இறைவன் எவ்வளவு பழமையானவனோ அவ்வளவு உயிர்களும் பழமையானவை எனத் தெளிவுறுத்துகிறது. பதி, பசு, பாசம் இம் முப்பொருள் கொள்கையை விளக்க எழுந்த நூல்களே ‘பதினான்கு சாத்திரம்’ என்று பெருமக்களால் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இப்பெரும் உண்மைகளைப் எடுத்துரைக்கும் நோக்கில் சைவ சித்தாந்தம் என்னும் இளங்கலைப் பட்டப் படிப்பு நமது கல்லூரியில் நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

2021-2022ஆம் கல்வியாண்டு முதல் தமிழ்ச் சைவ இலக்கியம் – சான்றிதழ்ப் படிப்பு தொடங்கப்பட்டது. வாரம்தோறும் சனிக்கிழமை மட்டும் இப்படிப்பிற்கான வகுப்புகள் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. சிவனை முழுமுதற் கடவுளாகப் போற்றுவது சைவ சமயம். சைவசமயக் கொள்கைகளையும் பக்தி உணர்வுகளையும் வளர்ப்பதற்குச் சான்றோர்கள் பலர் தோன்றினர். அவர்கள் சிவத் தலங்கள் தோறும் சென்று பாடல்களைப் பாடி சைவப் பதிகங்களை அருளினர். தமிழில் கி.பி. ஏழாம் நூற்றாண்டுகளிலிருந்து சைவ சமயத்தினைப் பரப்பவும் சிவபெருமானின் புகழைப் பாடவும் பல்வேறு பக்தி இலக்கியங்கள் தோன்றின.

தமிழ் இலக்கியப் பனுவல்கள் மனித வாழ்வை நெறிப்படுத்துவதிலும் மனச்சோர்வு அகற்றுவதிலும் மிக முக்கியமானதாகக் கருதப்படுகின்றன. இவற்றில் சில சைவ இலக்கியங்கள் சைவத்தின் நுண்ணிய கருத்தினையும் சித்தாந்த நெறிகளையும் வெளிப்படுத்துவன. இவ்விலக்கியங்களே சைவத் திருமுறைகள் மற்றும் சைவ சாத்திரங்கள் என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்றன. பன்னிரண்டாம் வகுப்பு தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள், தமிழிலக்கியம் பயிலும் மாணவர்கள், பிற பாடங்களைப் பயிலும் மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் வயது வரம்பின்றி அனைவரும் படித்து பயன்பெறும் வகையில் தமிழ்ச் சைவ இலக்கியம் சான்றிதழ்ப் படிப்பிற்கான (6 மாதங்கள்) வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
